· 2 Feeds per day and extra if required

· 1 Bales shavings per week (any additional bales to be supplied by owner)

· Full muck-out and skip-out

· Turnout & catch in

· Horse brushed off

· Feet picked out

· Legs washed if requested

· Rug change

· Horse held for farrier, vet and physio

· Medical treatment if required 

· Tack cleaned weekly

· Livery Live App

Any extras outside of the above package requested by the owner will incur an extra charge, the prices of which can be found on the extra services price list.

Extras will be invoiced at the end of each month and are payable within 14 days of invoice.

Any feed required that is different to the quality feed we provided must be purchased by the owner at their own cost.

A non-refundable retainer charge of £200.00 will be made to secure a stable.

Horse exercised (lunge per 20 minutes) £25.00

Horse schooled (30 minutes)  £40.00

Horse hacked  £30.00

Mane and tail pulled  £20.00

Full clip  £55.00

Hunter clip    £45.00

Blanket or trace clip  £35.00

Neck and belly clip  £30.00

Show Preparation (bath/ solarium/ plaiting) £40.00

Lessons with Paul (30 minutes)  £40.00

Extra charges will be invoiced at the end of each month and are payable within 14 days of invoice.

Lessons should be paid for at the end of each lesson unless previously agreed.
